Não gostei do atendimento.
As piscinas para as crianças e a proximidade da praia foi o que apreciamos positivamente no hotel.
Não gostei da limpeza porque o quarto quando chegamos tinha areia no chão e a varanda nunca foi limpa durante a nossa estadia de 8 dias. Não repunham os produtos de higiene diariamente. Além disso, esqueci uns bikinis no quarto enviei email e telefonei para o hotel no dia seguinte ao check out e disseram que iam ver com a camareira mas não me deram mais resposta. Não responderam ao meu email. Havia alguns funcionários simpáticos mas a maioria eram antipáticos, não agradeciam, não sorriam e não eram atenciosos. Os snacks do Tudo Incluído eram sempre o mesmo (hamburguer, batata frita e pouco mais). Não tinham snacks saudáveis e pouca variedade.
